Oulton Village Hall Chair Barbara Palmer lays a commemorative stone marking the building of the new Meakin Annexe to the Hall. The main hall is already a popular venue for weddings and other celebrations. The new extension will enable the Trustees to offer more flexible accommodation for meetings and small conferences etc. This project was made possible after a bequest from the Meakin family of Oulton Village, for which the Management Committee are very grateful. The building should be finished and open in the Autumn. http://www.oultonstone.org.uk/
